These no longer use tokens and you must use a phone card. Unfortunately there are various kinds that only work on certain telephones in certain areas, and each cities has it's own variations that cannot be used in other cites. Cost is $2.70 USD for a 25 min. card, $5.40 USD for a 50 min. etc. As for Internet, most cities now have Internet cafes, cost is from 50 cents to $3 dollars an hour. Moscow has the biggest internet cafe in Eastern Europe called "Timeonline". It has 200 computers and is open 24hrs a day, seven days a week. It is right by Red Square in the Manezh Mall, lower level, take the metro "Okhotny Ryad".
