In Moscow and Saint Petersburg these are generally quite good, expect American prices, but you must pay in Rubles. It's the law! Yes there is several Mac Donald's in Moscow, cost for a Big Mac is $1.20 USD and Pizza Hut if you begin to crave North American fast food. The smaller Russian restaurants you must be careful, especially in the other areas of Russia. Some are excellent, others are just down right scary. Georgian food is very good if you like spicy food, have some Georgian wine with it, they make excellent wine. Russia has improved greatly in this area and their is now many cafes and restaurants with good food and reasonable prices.
